Hoardli is operated by PromptMe.ai ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Hoardli mobile application and website (hoardli.com).

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Account information (email address, display name)
  • Profile information (AE/AI seed names, personality preferences)
  • Vault inventory data (item titles, descriptions, photos, locations, values)
  • Voice recordings (voice memos, voice-to-text input, voice-to-voice conversations)
  • Check-in data (daily mood scores 1-10)
  • Assessment responses
  • Cookie consent preferences

Information collected automatically:

  • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
  • Approximate location (only when you choose to pin an item's location)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Hoardli service
  • To personalize your AI companion (Luna) experience
  • To process your vault inventory data
  • To generate Legacy Certificates
  • To calculate PromptMe Mileage Coins
  • To match you with professionals (when the marketplace launches)
  • We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
  • We do NOT use your data for advertising

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud database provider)
  • Photos and voice recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage
  • We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with secure session management

5. AI Processing

  • Voice-to-text uses XAI speech recognition
  • AI features use Google Gemini, XAI Grok, and Anthropic Claude
  • Text-to-speech uses ElevenLabs
  • Your conversations with Luna are stored to provide continuity
  • AI providers process your data per their own privacy policies
  • We send the minimum data necessary for each AI function
  • We use AI to screen uploaded photos to ensure they contain inventory items rather than photos of people or animals

6. Your Rights

  • You can view all your data within the app (vault, profile, check-ins)
  • You can delete individual items from your vault at any time
  • You can request full account deletion by contacting us
  • You can export your vault data to CSV/Excel (Premium feature)
  • You can change your cookie consent level at any time

7. Cookie Policy (Co-op Bakery)

We use cookies based on your chosen consent level:

  • Level 0 (Diet): Essential cookies only — app functionality
  • Level 1 (Single): Essential + anonymous analytics
  • Level 2 (Half Dozen): Essential + analytics + personalization
  • Level 3 (Baker's Dozen): Full consent including all features

8. Children's Privacy

Hoardli is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. PromptMe Ecosystem

Hoardli is part of the PromptMe Intelligence OS ecosystem. Your identity data (profile, check-ins, seed names) may be shared across PromptMe apps that you choose to connect. Each app in the ecosystem has its own privacy policy. Your vault inventory data stays within Hoardli unless you explicitly enable Master Vault backup (Premium feature).
