By creating an account or using Hoardli (the "Service"), operated by PromptMe.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use Hoardli to store, share, or generate illegal content, and not to abuse, harass, or harm others or the Service. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
Photos uploaded should primarily feature items, not people or animals. We use automated screening to support this; you may override screening for legitimate purposes (such as a family photo that is itself the heirloom being cataloged).
Your vault data — the items, photos, descriptions, voice recordings, and stories you add — belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. The Hoardli name, logo, branding, and software are owned by PromptMe.ai and may not be used without permission.
Hoardli offers a free tier and paid tiers (Basic, Premium, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided unless required by law. Feature availability per tier may change over time.
Legacy Certificates generated by Hoardli are personal declarations of intent — keepsakes documenting who you wish to receive an heirloom and why it matters. They are not legal documents and do not constitute a will, trust, or any legally binding instrument. Consult a qualified professional for estate planning.
Descriptions, item identifications, condition ratings, and value estimates produced by Hoardli's AI features are suggestions to assist you — not guarantees of accuracy, authenticity, or market value. Always verify important details independently before relying on them for sale, insurance, or financial decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptMe.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hoardli, including loss of data, profits, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Hoardli is built for how real minds work. You are never required to categorize, sell, or part with anything before you're ready. "Undecided" is always a valid answer here.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PromptMe.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
